Group Travel
Group trips with one organizer, planned around your budget
Reunions, destination weddings, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, golf outings. Keith Wilson plans it so you do not have to chase twenty people.
Reunions, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, golf outings
We love working with groups who want to make a vacation a memorable event. Family and Class Reunions, Destination Weddings, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, Golf outings, or just a group of people who want to have a good time are some of the group experiences Keith can make happen.
A group is never one traveler multiplied by twenty. A class reunion has people flying in from four directions and arriving on different days. A bachelorette weekend wants one big shared space and a few quiet ones. A golf outing wants early mornings and a late dinner. Keith starts by asking who is coming and what each kind of person in the group actually wants out of the week.

One organizer, not twenty
Every group has someone who ends up holding the spreadsheet, chasing the texts and fielding the question about the room. Keith spent thirty seasons as a head varsity basketball coach, and the job is the same: one person keeps the game plan, everyone else gets to play. You tell Keith what the group is trying to do, and he builds the plan around it.
From his home office in Columbus, Ohio, he is the single point of contact for the whole party. Guests ask him, not you. When the aunt in another state needs to change her dates, that is a call to Keith, not a thread in the family group chat.
Rooms, deposits and headcounts
Group trips tend to go wrong in the paperwork, not on the beach. Rooming lists change, headcounts drift, and a deposit deadline can slip past while everyone is still deciding. Keith keeps the rooming list, the payment schedule and the final headcount in front of you early, so a decision that has to be made gets made while it is still easy.
Call Keith at 214 418 4232 with a rough count, a rough sense of what the group can spend, and the time of year you have in mind. That is enough to start, and the plan stays within your budget as it takes shape.

The group call
Start with the headcount, finish with the plan
Keith has run a group trip out of Columbus to Chicago for people who wanted a short, easy getaway together. You can read how that one worked on the Obama Presidential Center tour page, then tell him what your group has in mind.
