Corporate Travel

Business travel planned like a game day schedule

Conventions, sales events, retreats and incentive trips, laid out hour by hour by Keith Wilson and kept within your budget.

Conventions, sales events, retreats, incentive trips, meetings and seminars

At KBW Sports and Travel we cater to Corporate Travels that include Conventions, Sales Events, Retreats, Incentive Trips, Meetings and Seminars. Each of those is a different kind of trip, and Keith treats them that way instead of pouring them all into one template.

A convention is about getting people to the right place on the right day, with the least friction. A sales event is about getting a team together and sending everyone home sharper. A retreat needs room to think and room to breathe. An incentive trip is a reward, so it has to feel like one. Start by telling Keith which of those you are planning and what the trip is supposed to accomplish.

The itinerary as a schedule

Keith spent thirty seasons as a head varsity basketball coach, and a business trip looks a lot like game day: arrivals, a start time, a program, a break, a second session, dinner, departures. Every hour has an owner and a backup. He lays the trip out as a schedule you can hand to the team, so nobody is guessing where to be at nine in the morning.

Travel for a company also means more than one traveler on more than one flight. Keith keeps the group's arrival windows, ground transportation and room blocks lined up so the first session starts with everyone in the room.

After-trip follow-through

The trip does not end when the plane lands. Keith stays on the line for the details that surface afterward: a changed booking, a question about what was arranged, a plan for next year's event. If the retreat worked, he already knows what to repeat. If something did not, he wants to hear it.

He works out of Columbus, Ohio, and clients travel worldwide. Call Keith at 214 418 4232 with the kind of event, the size of the team and the budget you are working with, and he will build the trip to fit it.

The first call

Give him the brief, he builds the schedule

You do not need a finished plan to pick up the phone. A rough team size, a purpose for the trip and a budget are enough for Keith to start sketching the days.
