Staple Services · Family Travel
One family, every age, one plan that holds together
Cruises, hotels and resorts for the whole group, quoted around your budget by Keith Wilson in Columbus, Ohio.
One stop for every age at once
Keith's own description of the Staple Services desk is short: when you want to take a family vacation, KBW Sports and Travel is the one stop place for it to happen. Whether it is a cruise, a hotel, a resort or whatever your needs be, the plan is built in one conversation instead of five browser tabs.
A family trip is really several trips braided together. A grandparent wants a short walk to breakfast, a teenager wants something to do after lunch, and a parent wants one evening that does not require a decision. Keith starts by asking who is traveling, how old they are, and what each of them would call a good day.
That list becomes the brief. From there the choice between a ship, a hotel or an all-inclusive resort stops being a guess and starts being a comparison with a reason behind it.

Cruise, hotel or resort: what changes for a family
A cruise puts lodging, meals and moving between places into one booking, which is why so many families with a wide range of ages start there. Carnival Cruise and Royal Caribbean are the two lines Keith books, and the useful question is which one fits your budget and your group, not which one has the loudest brochure.
A resort trades the moving around for staying put. Everyone gets a pool, a beach and a table in the same place, and the adults get to stop being the logistics department. A hotel is the right call when the family is traveling for a game, a reunion or a city, and the days are built around somewhere other than the pool.
The questions worth weighing are the same each time: how far from the airport, how many rooms and how they connect, what is included in the base price, and what is not. Keith lays those side by side so you compare like with like.
The details Keith confirms before you pay
Families run on small details that only matter when they go wrong. Names on every booking spelled the way the passports spell them. Who is in which room. Whether a connecting room is a request or a confirmed fact. Keith treats each of those as a checklist item, not a hope.
He also confirms the unglamorous parts: how the group gets from the airport to the property, what the arrival day looks like with tired kids, and what the cancellation and change terms say in plain language before any deposit moves.

What to tell Keith when you call
You do not need a finished plan. You need rough answers to a handful of questions, and Keith will help with the rest.
